Trusted sites Setting
- 01 Click the Tools menu, then select Internet Options.
- 02 Click on the Security tab.
- 03 Click the Trusted Sites icon.
- 04 Click the Sites button.
- 05 Click the Trusted sites icon.
- 06 Then erase cache and re-start Explore please.
Erase Cache
- 01 Close all Internet Explorer windows.

Open a new Internet Explorer browser, then click Tools > Internet Options.
(If you don't see this, press the Alt key to show the menu bar.) - 03 In the General tab, under Browsing History section, click Delete.

In the Delete Browsing History window, select the check boxes for Temporary
Internet Files and website files and Cookies and website data. If you have
saved any Pearson sites as Favorites, clear the check box for Preserve
Favorites website data. - 05 Click Delete.
